THE REALLY IMPORTANT QUESTION
Posted: Sat Jun 30, 2007 6:55 am
is not who did it, how did they did it, or how did they get away with it. We can debate this forever and we will probably never know the real truth. Everything has gotten lost in the translation. People are now out to make a buck off of this senseless tragedy. You can't trust anyone anymore, you don't know what their motives are. Information cannot really be trusted either, how do you know what is real and what is not?
The only important question to ask is WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED FROM THIS TRAGEDY?
And most of us know the answer to that is that we cannot trust our government or its leaders to tell us the truth about anything. We have to watch them like hawks and everything they are doing with OUR money! And we have to learn that we must act not out of self interest but out of what is right and good for our country as a whole. We MUST become a more active part of the political process or this will happen again and again.
The most important thing I have learned is that we desperately need real heroes again. We need leaders with vision who can think on their feet. I don't care if they wear a dress or pants. I don't
care if they are Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Socialist, or anything else. Just that they will not
be corrupted. And that they will make decisions based on how it will affect generations years in the
future, not how they affect the polls at the moment.
Please Pray for our Nation and its leaders.
Signing off for awhile and many thanks,
