Dear Global Members and Readers:

Phil - California is extremely large and has many serious problems. A given.

I am very curious about their next Gubernatorial Election, who runs, the issues they campaign
on, and all the promises that they will make as to how they are going to fix California going
forward.

A few years ago there were discussions about dividing California into 3 states as California is
to large and totally unmanageable as one state. Curious if that will be raised again.

My city of Chicago and the state of Illinois also has many serious problems that are growing
unabated. There have been discussions about dividing parts of Illinois. Interesting that only
2 Democratic states, California and Illinois have similar problems and similar suggestions to
improve governing and the future of positive results.
