It's logical that those who deem themselve legitimated to act above law develop the same methods who do not ask for any legitimacy at all or call themselves outlaws or just act without any morale. But how to fight this misbelief, that there would be any legitimacy to kill, rob, cheat, lie, intrigate, assassinate, ... ? Always they say: "The enemy acts so bad, that I have the legitimacy to use warfare." or: "The other thinks he/she can break the law, so I am forced to break the law, too, to fight him/her effectively." So it's the disbelief of the effectiveness of just being a role model of integrity, of just trying to convince the "bad other" of the better ideas by words and good will. Always it is the decision between the weakness of fear of the unknown which calls for the convenient fast war solution and the strength of the courage for the inconvenient and risky slow peaceful solution.
